Jacketed Gaskets
It consists of a soft filler core enclosed within a metallic jacket, providing an optimal balance of compressibility, strength, and durability for critical sealing environments.
Our jacketed gaskets are manufactured to the highest quality standards using premium materials. Each gasket is designed to provide reliable sealing performance in demanding industrial applications.
Available in various sizes and configurations to meet your specific requirements. Contact our engineering team for custom solutions and technical specifications.
Types
Single Jacketed Gasket
Consists of a single layer of metal enclosing a soft filler material. Ideal for narrow flanges and lower pressure / temperature applications.
Double Jacketed Gasket
Comprises a metal shell (jacket) with an inner soft filler core. The two-piece jacket covers both inside and outside diameters and both contact surfaces. Used in heat exchangers, boilers, and pipeline valves for high-temperature and high-pressure service.
Corrugated Metal Jacketed Gasket
Combines double-jacketed construction with a corrugated profile, reducing contact area while increasing compressibility and recovery.
Single / Double Jacket with Overlap
Jacket overlap design improves sealing integrity at inner and outer diameters.
Double Shell Jacketed Gasket
Similar to a double jacketed type, but constructed using two reversed wrap-round shells for improved rigidity and sealability.
High Quality Materials
Manufactured using premium grade materials for superior performance.
Proven Reliability
Tested and proven in thousands of installations worldwide.
