Graphite Gaskets are of two types Pure Graphite Gaskets, Graphite Gaskets with metal insert, Graphite Packing Rings and Sealing Rings.

Pure Graphite Gaskets

Die-cut or circle-cut from pure flexible graphite sheets.

Graphite Gaskets with Metal Insert

Reinforced with tanged, foil, or wire mesh inserts to increase strength and improve handling during installation. The metal core material is selected based on operating conditions and the sealing medium.

Graphite Packing Rings

Formed by moulding flexible graphite tape or braided graphite packing. Mainly used for sealing valves, pumps, and expansion joints. Available as endless rings, rings with single oblique cut, and split rings with double oblique cut.
